Applications Processing:
AAIC can assist in the arduous process of liquor license applications. As a client of AAIC you can be assured that your application is being managed efficiently and effectively. We can assist the client in processing all paperwork at the ADLLC, including:

• Initial application
• Person-to-person and/or location-to-location transfers
• Completing personal questionnaires
• Answering all application questions
• Obtaining fingerprints
• Providing a one-mile radius survey map
• Floor plan
• Preparing and filing extension of premises applications
• Special event applications
• Restaurant operation plan
• Renewals

Customize Security Plans:
AAIC is dedicated to making your business operate efficiently and in accordance with all state and local statutes. We offer spot check and potential security plans of operation.

Liquor Compliance Counseling:
AAIC provides complete liquor compliance counseling and assistance. This includes conducting spot checks, including covert undercover buys, check of employee honesty, and general liquor compliance counseling.

Expert Witness in Dram Shop Laws:
As a former investigator and former Chief at the Arizona Department of liquor licensing and Control, Jesus Altamirano regularly testified in court and administrative hearings with his expertise in Dram Shop laws. Jesus now acts as an advisor to counsel or expert witness in civil and enforcement proceedings.

Training Seminars
AAIC offers customized employee training seminars at the licensee's premises. Our seminars are based on Arizona Laws, Rules and Procedures. Topics covered include proper ID checking methods, violations, and techniques to avoid problems in the managerial and other settings.

Classes are to be announced. Call our office if training needs to be scheduled.

Basic classes begin at 9AM with Management classes to follow.

Class fees(as listed) are $25 for Basic and $45 for Management.
